I’m not a fan of coconut, I actually don’t like anything coconut flavored, scented, decorated, sprinkled etc. You could say I’m not into the exotic. So naturally, when hearing all the raves on the internet about the benefits of coconut oil, and reading on every other blog all the praise that ladies had for coconut oil, and how it was good for this and that, I was reluctant to believe all the stuff. I considered it hype, just a passing fad in the world of health and nutrition.
But, almost without realizing I got around to using coconut oil, researching about the benefits and becoming an enthusiastic promoter of coconut oil myself! The best thing about coconut oil is that it doesn’t have the coconut scent! (Note, you can buy oil that does have the scent, but most are unscented). The uses and benefits are truly amazing!

I am an Indian and grew up using coconut oil for almost everything-cooking,as a body lotion, hair oil etc. After I came to the middle -east I started using sunflower oil because of all the false propaganda from the west of how the oil bad the was.
Now the West has started praising the use of coconut oil!
Hello, I really think this oil is a gift to us. I learned yesterday that it also has a 5 year shelf life. So those of us who believe in having a few cooking staples put back this is great news.
May you continue in your walk, and grow in the Fathers love and wisdom!
Blessings, Roxy

Wow! My family use coconut oil for several purposes such as cooking, dry skin, and such, but I didn’t know that it whitens teeth, and reduces varicose veins! That is totally cool! Thanks for sharing this!
