Bible Journal: I will instruct you…

…says the Lord.

If you’re like me, you’ve experienced numerous moments when you wondered: “Which path should I take? How should I start?”
You probably worried about your future…your schooling…a goal, plan, or vision that you have and you don’t know how to do it.

I hope the verses below encourage you. Take time to read them, and let the words sink in.

I had it on my heart to share this Psalm that my family and I read together awhile ago, and it encouraged me. Then it kept on coming up to me a few times, and I felt as if God was speaking it to me directly. You don’t have to worry about anything…God will guide you step by step, if you keep a humble heart before his presence. I know I have to remind myself that, as do we all.

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;
         I will guide you with My eye.
 Do not be like the horse or like the mule,
         Which have no understanding,
         Which must be harnessed with bit and bridle,
         Else they will not come near you.

Many sorrows shall be to the wicked;
         But he who trusts in the LORD, mercy shall surround him.
 Be glad in the LORD and rejoice, you righteous;
         And shout for joy, all you upright in heart!
